This free 2-hour interactive webinar prepares students for the SODFC certification exam. Training is provided by experienced faculty and/or Agile community members. The webinar includes real life examples to help you understand how Scrum can be extended to Ops & Devops. Students will be able to interact with the trainer and SCRUMstudy team in real time to get their queries resolved.

Questions and Answers (Q&A)

To help students review concepts and prepare for the SODFC certification exam, students will be given time to answer multiple choice and scenario-based questions.

CASE-STUDY

Apart from learning concepts on how to Extend Scrum to Operations & DevOps, we will also be using a Scrum case study. The case study provides an end to end real life project simulation of how to extend Scrum to Operations & DevOps.

Scrum Fundamentals Certified Exam

After the training, participants are prepared to attempt the online un-proctored SODFC certification exam. Students can take the SODFC exam in multiple languages.

SODFC Webinar Format

This interactive webinar includes 1 hour 30 minutes session on extending Scrum to operations and DevOps. This session will help delegates prepare for the Scrum for Operations and DevOps Fundamentals Certified (SODFC) exam. The webinar also includes discussion of topics with real-life examples and interactive case study exercises spanning 30 minutes demonstrating implementation of Scrum with a popular SaaS product – Vabro.

Optional Session

Apart from learning concepts on how to Extend Scrum to Ops & DevOps, we will also be using a Scrum case study. The case study provides an end to end real life project simulation of how to Extend Scrum to Ops & DevOps. The case study will be enabled at the end of the webinar.

The portal allows you to view how participants have performed after every question.

For scenario-based questions, you will also be able to see answers from other participants.

At the end of the webinar, you will be able to download your performance history.

The scenario deals with creating a website for customers to prepare their online grocery delivery order and to make payments. As part of the case study exercise, students will work with some of the most important Scrum concepts such as the Project Vision Statement, Epics, Personas, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Scrumboard, and Sprint Burndown Chart.

This case study will be enabled at the end of the webinar.

The exam contains forty multiple choice questions, with no negative marks for wrong answers.

Students have an hour to complete it. The exam can be attempted multiple times for free.

Students can take the SODFC exam in multiple languages such as English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
